REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND POLICIES

  1. The name on the registration must match the conference participant.

  2. Registrations may be reassigned until October 10 by emailing info@clarusabq.com. Reassignment requests will not be accepted after this date.

  3. Groups purchasing 10 or more registrations must provide each individual’s complete information at the time of registration.

  4. Students must have a minimum of 9 credit hours at the time of the conference to qualify for the student rate. The discount is available to students through the college level.

  5. On-site registration will be available on October 16 and 17 at Desert Springs Church, space permitting (card payments only).

  6. Cancellations submitted by midnight on September 1 will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 1.
